Long- awaited trip to Wicklow has fulfilled and I'm so happy to end the 2019 like this!

Firsly, we should have had time to buy a ticket as it was a restricted amount of them. Happily , I got this opportunity and didn't regret it at all. By the original idea, we were planning to take some photographs on Wicklow mountains, Glendalough Graveyard, Night Sky and Aplacas farm ( about everything later).

We booked a Wicklow bus tour. While riding, the bus driver- guide was narrating about Dublin city centre, Balsbridge and Dun Laoghaire which has become our first stop. While enjoying the sea and the sunny coast, we took some photos and tried to be careful as it was extremely windy.

Then, we rose to the Wicklow mountains which cheered us up by winter atmosphere and breathtaking landscapes! It took probably 3 hours to take photographs but we weren't hurrying because we had wanted to savor the surroundings. We took the plenty of incredible landscapes there!

We haven't forgotten about portraits too.

When we had arrived to the Glendalough sorted the things  about accomodation out, we headed rightly to the historical landmark of Co. Wicklow- Glendalough Cemetery. The guide told us about the history of the monastery and the graveyard and explained why this place is so important for Irish folks.

Additionally, the area of Glendalough is well-known as an enduring place of pilgrimage. During our long walk we were fascinated by nature, lakes, waterfalls and mountain range. I think Glendalough will definitely be an excellent choice for those who got sick from the big city life and want to be alone with themselves and their mind.

Unforunately, my camera got off-charged when we returned at the hostel in the evening.Firstly, I was upset because we were expected to practice night-sky photography which I strongly wanted to try. However, everybody was so tired that other have completely forgot about this plan. That was a relief for me:D.

The next morning we were heading to the most desired place for all the group- the farm of alpacas. It was such a magnificent experience- alpacas have stolen my heart, they are adorable! Beside just looking at them we walked the alpacas around the vast field and we were happy being in a company with these cute creatures. When we finished our walk, some people could buy some toys made with alpaca wool if they wished.

Then our trip finished. It were such the fast 2 days but I remember them even to this day. I'm so thankful to Photosociety for organizing such a lovely trip! Even my off- charged camera didn't ruin my mood about this.
